PROGRESSIVE PAYMENT PLANS
Single Items/Sets
These goods can be ordered, held by NRG Philatelics, and paid
off by monthly installments over an agreed period. Goods will
be released upon receipt of the final payment.
High Value Collections & Multiple Items
These goods can be ordered, held by NRG Philatelics,
and paid off by monthly installments over an agreed period.
Goods to the value of progressive payments can be released
progressively until the final payment has been received.
POSTAGE, PACKING & INSURANCE (PP&I)
PP&I is payable by the client on orders up to $100.
Postage and Packing is free on orders over $100. Insurance
will be payable by the client on orders over $100, however
the charge may be waived at the discretion of NRG Philatelics
and by agreement with the client, on the merits at the time
of each sale.
PRICES
All prices are in Australian Dollars. The website provides
conversion to US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euro and English
Pounds. These conversions may not reflect the actual exchange
rate so the transaction cost may vary slightly.
ORDERING
Clients may place orders via the Website, Want Lists, Email,
Post, Fax and Telephone. A Postal Order Form is available
on request.
DISPATCH OF ORDERS
Australia Orders will be dispatched as soon
as possible after the receipt of client orders. Please allow
up to 14 days for dispatch of orders, particularly for high
value items that are held off the premises.
Overseas Orders - An approximate time will
be provided based on standard expected delivery times provided
by the various postal authorities.
Packaging
Orders will be dispatched in discreetly addressed envelopes
and packages marked with a 'Do Not Bend' stamp and reinforced
against damage in transit. Stamps will be used for postage.
The contents will be fully sealed in plastic to ensure that
the contents remain dry during transit. All dispatches over
$50 will be sent via Registered Mail.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
NRG Philatelics is committed to a high standard of quality
relevant to the nature of the goods ordered. Goods may be
returned for a full refund (less postage) within 14 days of
purchase. High value items are scanned prior to dispatch.
GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST)
NRG Philatelics sales are currently under the $50,000 minimum
required for registration for GST. Therefore there is no GST
included in the current selling prices. The sales volume will
continue to be monitored over the coming months and should
GST registration be required then clients will be advised
well in advance of registration.
LOYALTY DISCOUNTS
These discounts will be applied at the discretion of NRG Philatelics.
ACCESSORIES
An extensive range of quality accessories is available on
request.
BUYING TERMS
PURCHASE PRICE
The consideration paid by NRG Philatelics for individual
items and/or collections will be based on condition, current
market value, and relative scarcity of the material offered.
We will always seek to give the maximum amount for your material.
Settlement Payment will be made with an
NRG Philatelics cheque or by other means where necessary.
